We noticed rust on our 10,000lbs freight elevator 🤔

Rust always spreads like cancer and should be resolved immediately ‼️

With the help of a local 3rd party steel restoration company, we provided a solution to remove the rust and apply a robust anti-rust steel protective paint and sealer ✨😎

This solution will extend the life of the equipment far beyond the original life expectancy 👌🏻

ELEVATOR SOFTWARE UPDATES

Our team encountered a problem with a system that didn’t test the way the manual says it should have tested 🤔

Did we assume it was ok and walk away? Absolutely not! An elevator is a heavy-duty piece of machinery that is used to transport people on a daily basis. We must ensure public safety ‼️

Elevators are tested every year to identify defective components through failed tests and/or any anomalies. A CPU is no exception to this rule 💡

Our techs dug their heels in, did the research, and found out that there was a newer software version that resolved the issue they experienced 👨‍💻

We performed a software update, tested the unit to comply with the manufacturer's specifications, and confirmed the issues were resolved! 👨🏽‍🔧

High-tech software updates? We do that too! 🤓
