My intention with this class is to teach kids how to flex their manifesting muscles and balance their energy through the healing power of music, mindfulness and more.
Your kids will channel their inner superstars and learn about real instruments. Each week there will be an action-packed musical adventure, where the kids will use their creative energy to blast through team building exercises and play games. Mindfulness techniques will be integrated into these fun and informative classes.
