If this feels impossible, it usually means your hips aren’t controlling extension well, either from stiffness, weakness, or both…
To improve this, focus on:
🤸 Hip flexor mobility in end range (controlled stretching)
🏋️♀️ Glute strength in hip extension (bridges, split squats, step-ups)
🏄🏼♀️ Core control to stop the low back from taking over
