Being named to the list — No. 75 this year — means a lot to us.
Nupo is a specific kind of place. Six seats. Seventeen to twenty courses. Fish and vegetables sourced with intention, prepared with care. None of that happens without the people behind every service — thank you to our team for showing up and doing the work.

To the farmers and fishers who grow and catch what we cook — from MacLean’s farm to Canadian waters — you’re the reason the food says something.

And to the guests who choose to spend an evening here: thank you. We don’t take that for granted.
