Today, the Calgarian section of the Revolutionary Communist Party mobilized alongside our comrades internationally in order to protest the abduction, torture, and abuse of our comrade Ehsan Ali. Ali is a leading member of the Awami Action Committee and the Inqualabi Communist Party, and was abducted from his home on Tuesday, March 10th during a night raid on his home.
You may remember that this isn’t the first time Ehsan has been arrested; the last time he was held by the state in horrific conditions, but we were able to secure his release. In order to do it again though, we need your help. Follow , share their stories and help us exert pressure on the Pakistani state which has wrongfully detained him.

March has been another busy month for the Calgary comrades of the Revolutionary Communist International!
From public events on the lessons from Minneapolis, and the climate crisis and revolutionary way forward; to rallies for trans rights, environmental defense, and against imperialist destruction in Palestine, Lebanon, and Iran, we spoke with people everywhere who are concerned about this global turmoil. Bringing our knowledge from reading groups and our weekly meetings, RCP comrades deepened their understanding of our current conditions and the events which drive them- the constant, overwhelming crises of capitalism.
People everywhere are looking for the ideas to change the world, to end these crises.
