One of my favourite parts of what I do isn’t managing social media.

It’s teaching people how to understand it. 💡

This week I had the opportunity to lead a workshop on Authentic Instagram Marketing for Therapists with the team at Exhale Psychology Group .psychology, and it was such a rewarding reminder of why I love this work.

So many business owners and professionals believe they’re “bad at social media” when the reality is often much simpler: they haven’t been given the right tools, systems, or framework to communicate what they already know.

The goal isn’t to turn everyone into a content creator or influencer.

The goal is to help people understand their message, build confidence in sharing it, and create a sustainable approach to showing up online.

Whether we manage accounts for our clients or support them through strategy, training, and education, my favourite outcome is always the same: Watching someone realize they’re far more capable than they thought. 🤍
