Observe those who are where you want to be.

Fully internalize the work it took for them to get there.

Understand that they are just like you.

And that it is possible.

You have enough time.

Your issue is prioritization, long term thinking, and finding creative solutions!

Here’s the workout plan I would follow if I only had 3 hours per week to hit the gym.

Use these workouts with a rest day scheduled in-between, or however it best works into your schedule.

Focus on getting stronger on each lift through quality movement.

Hit each set with maximum intensity and focus.

That’s how you still make gains training three times per week ⚡️💪🏼
