When everything feels urgent, 👀 nothing feels intentional.
Heavy brands often:
– Overproduce content
– Overcomplicate messaging

In Q1, most founders optimize output.
Very few redesign their decision architecture.

Let’s talk about SKU overload 👀
You might think more options = more chances to sell.
But during BFCM? That logic breaks.

Too many choices → analysis paralysis → abandoned carts.
Your best move?
Highlight your hero products.
Bundle them.
Add urgency.
And keep it simple.
The more focused your offer, the easier it is to say yes.
