Bold Powder Brows to cover up 4-year old microblading. First, we colour corrected the old (grey) strokes with an orange pigment then covered up with darker brown pigments. For cover ups, we look at the shape and colour to determine if it’s something we can work with. In her case, the colour is faded enough and the shape was actually not too bad.

If you have any previous work/tattoo/microblading, it is considered a correction/cover up. Previous work must at least be 50% faded. Not everyone is a candidate for cover-up. For super saturated brows, we may recommend removal first.

T O U C H - U P S

Touch-ups are recommended every 1-2 years (after you’ve completed your 1st and 2nd session) maintain shape, colour, and detail. How often depends on a number of factors including:

✨Skin type (oily skin fade faster)
🎨 Pigment colour used (lighter colors fade faster)
🌞 Sun exposure/tanning bed (over time can cause fading and discolouration of the pigment). Always apply sunscreen 🧴 !
💊 Certain medications/conditions
👶🏻 Use of daily anti-aging products e.g.- (Retinol & Alpha Hydroxy). These products increase your cell turnover rate and will shorten the life of your cosmetic tattoo.
