A Cosmic Interval - Your Heart
When we decree, we meditate on the flame in the secret chamber of our heart. This secret chamber is our own private meditation room, our interior castle, as Teresa of Avila called it. In Hindu tradition, the devotee visualizes a jeweled island in his heart. There, he sees himself before a beautiful altar, where he worships his teacher in deep meditation.

In a discourse on the threefold flame and the secret chamber of the heart, the ascended master Saint Germain says:
“Your heart is indeed one of the choicest gifts of God. Within it, there is a central chamber surrounded by such light and protection that we call it a “cosmic interval.” It is a chamber separated from matter, and no probing could ever discover it. It occupies simultaneously not only the third and fourth dimensions but also other dimensions unknown to man. It is thus the connecting point of the mighty silver cord of light that descends from your God Presence to sustain the beating of your physical heart, giving you life, purpose, and cosmic integration.”

This chamber is the sanctuary of meditation, the place to which the souls of the lightbearers withdraw. It is the place where the chela contacts the guru.

The apostle Paul is now the ascended master Hilarion. In his final incarnation, he was Saint Hilarion, whom Jesus used as his instrument to heal the multitudes.

John the Beloved, "the disciple whom Jesus loved," received the dictation of the Book of Revelation from the ascended Jesus.

Saint Teresa of Avila, sixteenth-century reformer of the Carmelite order in Spain, often communed with Jesus. He once told her, "Don't neglect to write down what I say.... I shall give you a living book."

Mary Baker Eddy, who founded the Christian Science movement in the late 1800s, was tutored by Jesus, Mother Mary, and the apostle Paul. Now the ascended lady master Theosophia holds the office of the Goddess of Wisdom.
