ASPEMS is IMMEDIATELY hiring multiple Primary Care Paramedics across Alberta to support Government of Alberta Wildfire Operations locations.

Advanced Safety Paramedics is IMMEDIATELY HIRING 10+ Primary Care Paramedics registered with the Alberta College of Paramedics.

Rotation: 2 week on 2 week off or 21-24 days on 7-14 days off.

Location: All across Alberta

Requirements: Current P*P registration with the Alberta College of Paramedics and work experience

Primary duties and responsibilities:
A P*P’s main objective is to ensure that injured workers are provided with immediate onsite medical care and to advise and/or arrange timely transport to a medical facility as required.
Read, understand and comply with Advanced Safety Paramedic’s Medical Control Guidelines, safety policies and job procedures, as well as all applicable government laws and regulations.
Report to the areas station manager and take specific job directions from Operations for the station in which he/she is working.
Work within their applicable scope of practice determined by their licensing body and under the medical control of the Advanced Safety Paramedic’s Medical Director, utilizing the Advanced Safety Paramedic’s Medical Control Guidelines
