Brigette Lacquette has been hired by the Chicago Blackhawks, making her the first Indigenous woman to scout for an NHL team. 🙌🏒

The history-maker was also the first First Nations woman to play hockey for Canada in a Winter Olympics in 2018, earning herself a silver medal at the Pyeongchang Olympics. Lacquette currently plays for the in Calgary.

Today is our Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Ta**us!

What wonky energy! Eclipses are such wild cards; 180 turn arounds and perspective shifts are expected during this time. Ta**us teaches us to nurture our senses. Taste - eat your favourite foods or try some delicious new ones. Smell - light your favourite candles/incense or buy yourself your favourite flowers and take a whiff. Hearing - Listen to your favourite songs. Sight - Give yourself a makeover and watch your best self unfold before your eyes. Touch - A new body lotion, a massage, a hug from a chosen person; the options are endless. Eclipses can be an emotionally jarring time and Ta**us is helping comfort us by giving permission for us to indulge in things that feel safe and 'like home'. Then we can start to get to work.
