PELVIC FLOOR PAIN & DYSFUNCTION WORKSHOP FOR WOMEN

This 1hr workshop is for women who are interested in learning more about their pelvic floor whether you've had a baby or not.
Its designed for any woman looking to gain more insight, or wishing to create a more mindful relationship with her pelvis. Whether you have experienced childbirth, pregnancy, menopause, surgical intervention, pelvic pain, or peeing when ‘sneezing’, this workshop will give you more knowledge in a supportive environment.

# You will learn the most common causes of pelvic pain and weakness.
# Learn the right treatment available for the cause of your condition.
# You will learn how your back and posture affects your pelvic floor function.
