Week One of the R3 Challenge accountability post:
💙 I have discovered my new favorite way to make a London Fog and get fiber and protein in it
💚 I have actually drank water this past week. For someone who says to drink water multiple times a day, I never really listened to myself
💙 I haven't drank the sugary, powdered iced tea mix in a week because I found a substitute (see last photo)
💚 I found my energy levels dipped and teaching multiple classes was hard, but the reset phase is only one more week
💙 It's my birthday this week and I know I'm going to have food that is on the "no list" and I am 100% okay with that. I've been working hard on my relationship with food and I don't plan on going back to those obsessive/restrictive ways again
💚 Eating every 2-3 hours has definitely kick-started something because I'm now actually hungry throughout the day instead of "oh s**t! I haven't eaten today" or bingeing at the end of the day. Listening to my hunger cues is becoming easier
💙 My Pinterest feed is full of recipes now, so I have lots of things to try
Now, it's almost baseball time! My Seahawks won 🎉 Now GO MARINERS! 🔱

Do I eat like a toddler since I started this 6 week challenge? Yes, yes I do. BUT am I actually eating? Yes and eating enough to fuel my days and workouts
