At Road Runner Driving School, safety goes beyond teaching people how to drive.

According to Calgary Police Service and City of Calgary traffic safety reports, in 2024, 13 pedestrians lost their lives in traffic collisions — the highest number in over a decade. So far in 2025, 12 pedestrians have already been killed on Calgary roads.

Many of these tragic incidents occur at night or in low-visibility conditions. A simple reflective item can make a critical difference.
