We’re excited to showcase this incredible session on Post-Holiday Blues, offered by Kindred Connections Society.
This in-person, skills-building connection space helps participants recognize and manage post-holiday blues by teaching practical strategies and self-care techniques to improve mood and ease the transition back to daily routines.
