Forge Performance Group Inc. is partnering with a respected South Calgary financial services firm that’s looking for a Senior Administrative Associate to help keep a high-performing, growing team running smoothly.
We’re looking for someone who is:
✨ Resourceful & adaptable – you anticipate needs and solve problems before they surface
✨ A communication pro – polished, personable, and confident
✨ Grounded & integrity-led – you lead with humility and believe in team success
💡 Nice-to-haves:
• Exposure to financial services or wealth management (even introductory experience counts!)
• Familiarity with Dataphile—or enthusiasm for learning new systems
• CSC & CPH completed
This is a full-time, in-office opportunity where you’ll be a trusted cornerstone of a fast-growing financial services team.
