Frustrated to Finding Myself

Today is reset Monday. I’ve been quiet because I’m genuinely working so hard on myself. It’s become my new addiction. It feels so good to wake up every morning and feel ready to own my day.

Last week was probably the absolute best week I’ve had in awhile. I’ve been working through a lot of emotions that I’ve packed away for so long. I’ve been working on it a lot but this past week was big. As much as everything seems like a trigger for me in one regard or another- it’s also nice to be able to take ownership of my thoughts and my insecurities. I work so hard on doing everything with INTENTION. No matter what that canvas looks like- I HOLD MY OWN BRUSH!

With all that being said- it’s RESET Monday for me. A new week. New goals and a new frame of mind. I am practising spiritual healing and inner peace.

I often say: everything would be so much easier and so perfect if I was alone but that’s the downer side of me. Something that I need to let go of. Again- working on myself.

Anything you want to release and get off your chest- throw it down here. Feel free. Sometimes you never know who you can help along the way. We all walk different paths.

Choose Happy. Today, do something to challenge yourself!

How about we 🛑 STOP 🛑 Self Loathing and practise Self Soothing, Self LOVE.

Some things are so much easier said than done… but I feel it has so much to do with AWARWNESS. If you are aware your doing these things or feeling these things then we need to practice SELF LOVE!

Soooo hard- but once you learn to switch that focus- it’s becomes easier and you begin to admire your body, your temple and want to love it so much that you care for her in every way.
