Spruce View Foodbank

A big thanks to community organizations, businesses and citizens of Spruce View. You know who you are so this is not the place to single out by names for acknowledgement. The Spruce View and Area Food Bank has been well supplied with food donations and funding this last year and we go into the new year in a strong position. We look forward to another great year of generously helping local citizens who need support.
Please be aware that, because of our generous community we are able to maximize support, probably more than food banks in larger communities who often struggle with lack of sufficient resources.

Tools for School | United Way Central Alberta The Tools for School program aims to reduce one known barrier preventing children and youth from successful learning and participation in school.

The children at Vacation Bible School at King of Kings Lutheran Church are hoping to fill this boat up with nonperishable food for the food bank. Let's help them out! Please bring your donations to the front doors of the church in Dickson this week.
