Pausing but not goodbye 👋🏻 ⁣

I was so excited to start the new year but unfortunately 2025 had different plans for me. 2024 was horrible for small businesses in general I know so many are closing or scaling back. With being pregnant, raising 2 boys and facing some health challenges it’s always been a struggle for me to stay consistent and find time to pour into Plume the way I’d like over the years. I felt no true clarity on Plume and it’s direction like ever. I feel like one minute I have the biggest best plans and then a week later everything changes. ⁣

Unfortunately I’m facing some new heath concerns. I will be fine but it’s going to take some time to get back to full health. Mentally the periods of pain I’ve experienced in the last 6 months has taken a lot of energy from me. The stress of trying to launch new products is just too much when I’d much rather focus on getting healthy for my little ones. So this isn’t goodbye but I don’t know when I’ll return just yet. It’s crazy how I felt God place the word “Rest“ on my heart for this year. Not just physically, but mentally so I can be more present to enjoy the small things in life cause you just never know. I’m taking time to rest Plume also in hopes that whatever the future looks like at least I’ll be 💯 confident in the decisions made.
