Schedule:

11:45 am - 1:15 pm | 90 min workshop — All About That Thass® (In person + Virtual tickets available!)
Learn exercises to connect to your Thass® (where your leg meets your butt), how to see if it’s working, and how to use it in some of the most difficult exercises. We’ll explore Mat, Cadillac, Reformer, and more. Perfect for Pilates lovers wanting to ditch that hip click and stop overusing hip flexors! Teachers will learn exercises to help clients connect to their bodies and finally enjoy Roll Ups, Teasers, and more. (Earn 2 NPCP CECs)

1:30 pm - 2:20 pm | 50 min Reformer/Chair class
A workout tailored to attendees’ levels, often incorporating workshop principles. Great for all levels, ideally with some Reformer experience.

2:35 pm - 4:05 pm | 90 min workshop — Creating Tower/Cadillac Classes (In person + Virtual tickets available!)
The Tower and Cadillac didn’t come with an order, so we get to curate the experience we want others to have. Using 100+ exercises, we create workouts that warm up, connect, challenge, and cool down every Pilates lover. This workshop explores how to build classes on any Tower or Cadillac. (Earn 2 NPCP CECs)

This week’s challenge is to master the Bridge exercise at home! 💪 It's a fantastic way to strengthen your glutes, lower back, and core—perfect for improving posture and stability.

The goal? Complete 3 sets of 10-15 reps and hold each Bridge for 5-10 seconds. This is your chance to practice consistently and feel the benefits as you build strength from the ground up. 🏠

Start small, and as you get stronger, you can increase the hold time or number of reps! Ready to take on the challenge? Let us know how it goes, and remember, consistency is key. 🔑
