🏋️ Everyone was tuned in to Chris from the start today as he went over the fundamentals of the clean and jerk in the AM and into its deliberate practice in the afternoon.

📚 Blending the theory and knowledge of Olympic lifting learned over the weekend into its application, everyone was able to explore and familiarize themselves in a safe and inclusive environment!
