It's been a while - how are you doing?

Well folks, in just under 2 hours I’ll be closing the shop portion of the cmroachphotography.ca website. And what better way to close this chapter with a gorgeous sunset on Lake Manitoba, Canada.

For all my adult life I’ve dreamed of setting up a photography shop, but always told myself I wasn’t enough.

And 2.5 years ago I finally decided I was enough, and I did it!

Since eventually opening the shop in March 2021 I’ve made loads of new friends and had a fabulous time, but due to rising costs and competing life / time demands it’s time for the sun to set on the shop. At least for the foreseeable future, if not longer.

But - that doesn’t mean that the website and my social media channels will go quiet. Quite the opposite!

I’m just going back to shooting for fun, not for a business.

A new cmroachphotography.ca site will drop in the next week or so. Just without a sales portion.

And now time for some thanks!

Thanks to everyone who has a print hanging on their walls & thanks to everyone who thought enough about my pictures to give them as gifts.

Each time someone feels that my photography should grace a wall, it makes me very happy!

Thanks to everyone who has followed - and continue to follow - updates on Social Media. Thanks to all of your words of encouragement & promotion amongst your friends to help this grow. Thanks to everyone who even looked at one of my pictures. Much love to you all.

But time for one final thanks.

Huge thanks and appreciation to my wife Pam Roach, who has supported me and encouraged me to be my best. To give it a shot, and shoot for the stars. Eternally grateful for all of her belief in this dream.
