March is Nutrition Month, and it's such a good reminder that small changes in our eating habits can make a huge difference! 🥗 Whether it's finally drinking enough water, cutting back on red meat, or sneaking more veggies into dinner, it all adds up and pays off in the end.​

For me, it is eating more seafood, especially salmon and tuna throughout the week.
