It’s an evening of lifting all the things!
We’ll start off with a talk on the mental aspects of training- valuing the process over the product- with Malina Fluckinger, a recent psychology graduate. Then a mobility warmup with and then we lift.
Be ready to train inside and/or outside depending on the weather. There will be a truck pull, sandbag toss and atlas stones outside! Inside will be Olympic lifting, mas wrestling, Hercules hold and more! And door prizes, too.

Who- Women, men, youth over 13 with a parent. Novice to Intermediate level lifters will enjoy this.

Novice Night is a week away!
Let the snow fall today so we can have good weather for a truck pull next Saturday!
