🔥I have seen some movement in the market before the new years actually but I was thinking that its only because of the foreign buyers getting the 2 year ban but it looks like is keep on going.

So since 2-3 weeks ago we are seeing multiple offers on most of the new listings, we are seeing a lot of showing, a lot of traffic!

Of course all this drives the prices up, multiple offers = homes selling over asking which will just wake up all the buyers that were sitting on the fences until now.

I let everybody know 2 3 months ago, it was a very good time to buy, is still isss but it gets more competitive for sure!!!

Now on the other hand I will say, if you are looking to sell your home, tables are turning and now starts to be a very good time to get your home ready and put it up on the market ⚠️

If you have to sell, only if you are being pushed out, feel free to dm me. If you are in a good situation, raise more capital and buy more!
