Yomari is a beloved Newari delicacy from Nepal, traditionally enjoyed during the cold season and the Yomari Punhi festival. It is a steamed dumpling made from soft rice flour dough and filled with a warm, sweet center of chaku (Nepali molasses) and sesame seeds. Its unique fish-shaped design symbolizes good harvest and blessings.
