Alma St Apartments - Roofing Replacement Complete!👊🏼💥

Our team recently completed a full roofing system replacement at Alma St Apartments, removing the aging SBS system and installing a high‑performance Soprema 2‑ply SBS assembly.

The scope included:
• New vapour barrier
• Custom slope package
• Protection board
• Custom cap flashing around the building perimeter

Full traffic control was implemented to allow for the upload and removal of materials due to the limited access around the property.

Additional Scopes of Work Completed:
• Enlarged curb to accommodate the custom slope package
• Extended piping to meet current code requirements
• Custom‑fabricated vents to replace failing components
• Standing seam and wind‑clip cap flashing for long‑term durability

This building will be well protected from the elements for many years to come!

Cedarbrook Village Roofing Replacement Complete!

We recently wrapped up a major sloped‑roof replacement project at Cedarbrook Village, covering 11 multi‑family buildings and 59 homes. The old 25‑year‑old shingles were removed and replaced withIKO Dynasty shingles in “Biscayne” colour, along with new built‑in gutters, flashing, standing‑seam details, and updated chimney caps (not pictured).

🗓️ Timeline:
Started August 2025 • Substantial completion December 2025 • Final touch‑ups completed in January

🌧️ Challenges:
A tight site for bin placement and one of the rainiest fall seasons we’ve seen!

🔧 Other Scope Details:
* Proper attic ventilation brought up to code
* Correction of previous improper HVAC installation
* Carpentry repairs where needed (sagging fascia, rotted decking)
* Custom flat‑to-slope transitions
* Siding removed, replaced, & reinstalled where required

This Strata will be well protected from the elements for years to come!

We are currently in phase 3 of 6 of our room renovation project at the Hilton Grand Vacations in Whistler BC! Photographed are a few of the completed guest rooms.

When fully completed, we will have renovated 138 total Guest Rooms as well as the public gym at this hotel!

Another recently completed project that we are proud to showcase! 🤩🤩

Prostar was the general contractor of choice for completing this Starbucks TI project located at 655 Burrard St, Vancouver.

Prostar completed a full re & re of the existing space which included removal of existing finishes and installation of new counter tops, millwork, additional drywall, lighting, electrical wiring, plumbing lines & fixtures, wallpaper, and finish painting.

We would like to thank all parties involved for bringing this project to a successful completion. This busy location will surely be enjoyed by patrons and staff for years to come!
