Last week we wrapped up our group-wide town halls at Destination Auto Group, and while the updates and cross-department connection are always a highlight, the moment that stuck with us was recognizing tenure.
Behind every great guest experience is a team member who's chosen to grow with us. Celebrating that commitment reminded us that our people are the reason this group continues to thrive, whether they're in sales, service, parts, or shared services.
