针刺蝶腭神经节治疗过敏性鼻炎
Treatment to allergic rhinitis with Sphenopalatine Nerve needling technique

蝶腭神经节针刺术”是原首都医科大学北京同仁医院主任医师李新吾教授从上世纪六十年代开始，在总结个人多年医学实践、结合中西医理论、经过长期临床验证的基础上独创的一种运用针灸方式刺激特定部位治疗鼻炎的新方法。因穴位所在点即为蝶腭神经节，故称为“蝶腭穴”或“新吾穴”，经过李新吾20余万次的临床验证，证实对鼻病治疗有奇效。
“蝶腭神经节针刺术”是结合中医阴阳平衡理论、西医神经解剖的疗法，通过刺激神经节，使突发的刺激唤醒紊乱的中枢神经系统，调节鼻粘膜血管的张力和血流，可快速解决大部分鼻炎患者鼻塞、鼻痒、喷嚏、流涕、鼻干等症状。施针后，患者在鼻部、眼睛、上唇、牙齿或者耳部会有放电一样感觉，有些患者半边面部会有麻胀感。这种方法不仅能立即缓解症状，还具有取穴少、安全、疗效持久等优点。有的患者在施针1分钟后鼻子就通气，有的患者在治疗后鼻炎半年都未曾复发。

• The sphenopalatine ganglion resides in the pterygopalatine fossa, located posterior to the middle nasal co**ha and anterior to the pterygoid canal. It is adjacent to and inferior to the maxillary nerve, a branch of the trigeminal nerve, and connects with it via the pterygopalatine nerve .
• To reach the treatment goal of allergic rhinitis, we maintain and adjust the balance between the sympathetic nerve and the parasympathetic never through stimulating the sphenopalatine nerve. Clinically proven treatment to allergic rhinitis with sphenopalatine nerve needling technique has advantage of effective, instant and lasting, and only one acupuncture point applying and safety as well.
• However, the sphenopalatine nerve is beneath the zygomatic bone, the nerve can not be approached with conventional needling, specific needling must be applied. Usually, you will get acupuncture feeling around the needling area, in some cases the feeling travels to eyes, nose and upper teeth. Generally, the stronger feeling means better effect.
