Whether it is 15 minutes or 1 hour, getting outside and going for a walk is one of the easiest ways to regulate your nervous system. This can help aid in digestion too! If you’re having an “off” day, going for a quick walk is a great first step to get back on track 👍🏻💙

In all seriousness, endorphins are your body’s response to pain and stress and produce a feeling of general well-being. This is why people who run experience a runners high, lifters get a body buzz, and even why some pregnant people are able to give birth without epidurals or other opiates!
