ADHD Peer Coaching is coming to Lighthouse Wellness this August, and we're so glad to finally share it with you!

ADHD Peer Coaching is a one-on-one, non-clinical service focused on the day-to-day realities of living with ADHD, including executive function, routines, emotional regulation, and everything in between.

This isn't therapy. It's individual coaching designed through an ADHD lens to be practical, personal, and built around you. No judgment, no one-size-fits-all strategies. Just real support from someone with lived experience and the research background to back it up.

Whether you're newly diagnosed, still figuring it out, or just looking for support that finally makes sense, there's a spot here for you!

We're hiring: Clinical Counsellor / Independent Practitioner 🌿

Lighthouse Wellness Centre is growing, and we're hoping to find someone ready to put down roots with us and grow alongside our team!

You'll work in-person with individuals, couples, and families (ages 3 and up) in Brandon with a team that genuinely has your back along the way.

What you'll bring:
🔹 A degree in social work, psychiatric nursing, counselling, or a related field (BSW, BScPN, MSW, MACP, or equivalent)
🔹 Good standing with your regulatory body, with current liability insurance
🔹 Comfortable working independently, but glad to be part of a team
🔹 Ready to commit to at least a year — long enough to really build something

Lovely if you also have:
✨ A Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) designation
✨ Experience with young children, adolescents, or couples
