Yesterday I had the honour of presenting All African Delights at the Black Experience Pavilion and introducing many people to a snack they had never heard of before — Chin Chin.
Watching chefs, buyers, and hospitality professionals discover it for the first time was a special moment.
A huge thank you to Foodpreneur Lab and The Re-Seasoning Coalition for creating space for Black food entrepreneurs to share our stories, our culture, and our flavours.
Because sometimes all it takes is one bite to travel across cultures.
