I am now able to start taking appointments for July!

The Ontario government and the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario have allowed Massage Therapists to 'gradually reopen' with some new policies and procedures in place.

The new policies include:
- physical distancing must be adhered to in the building
- the client and I must wear a mask at all times
- there will be a 24-hr prescreening prior to your appointment (done through email or phone call), as well as a prescreening when you arrive for your appointment and your temperature taken
- you should not arrive more than 5 minutes before your appointment to decrease your exposure time
- specific time slots allow more time between clients to thoroughly sanitize everything in the room as well as to decrease client interactions, however, this means only 60 and 45-minute appointments are available (30 mins may only be available for first and last appointment slots).
- our procedures for sanitization follow the guidelines set out by Public Health Ontario (in which I have been trained)

If you are suffering from any acute respiratory conditions I would suggest not coming for an appointment at this time.

I have also made some business changes in the last few months. I am now only working out of the Therapeutic Massage and Wellness Centre in the Quinte Sports and Wellness Center, Mondays-Thursdays.
