Oh how time flies...

When I first got out of school, I'd told myself I could never open my own business. I didn't want to and even if I did, I couldn't do it. So if feels a little surreal to be celebrating my first year in business!

In opening MoveWell, my intentions were to create a space for the type of therapy I want to provide. Therapy that is built around empowering individuals to take charge of their health, instead of looking for a quick fix.

I wanted to bring movement into passive-based treatments and show that so much more can happen when that patient gets involved.

One year later, I'm so proud of the progress I've made as a therapist and business owner. This past year has pushed me further than I ever thought I could go, mentally and physically. It's been challenging on many levels, but each challenge I looked at as an opportunity for growth, even the challenges that led to complete breakdowns. Those breakdowns led to breakthrough moments in both my professional and personal life.

I'm so grateful for the opportunity I had to open MoveWell, where it's brought me today, and the supportive community that continues to fuel my fire and passion for my job every single day. Thank you for putting your trust in me, I would not be here without you🙏❤

I have goals for this next year, more courses I want to take, more mobility content I want to create, new products I want to offer, and continuing to learn to balance the fine line that is work and personal life.

In the meantime, I'm going to take in this feeling of accomplishment and gratitude for where I'm at today. If there's one thing I've learned this past year, it's to release control and go with the flow, everything happens for a reason. Here's to another year and all the possibilities it holds!
