Well time for a little experiment, I have been posting stuff on FB but my friends have told me they didn’t see the posts, perhaps my views don’t sit well with the organization. If you see this post could you please give it a thumbs up or something, I would like to start engaging again but not wishing to waste my time if it is for naught. Thanks if you do.

One of the most notable features of Kaizen, is that big results come from many small changes accumulated over time.

So lets begin, please get some paper I would suggest a journal of some type and a pen or pencil. You may choose to label this Journal whatever you wish, it will be your personal tool to assist you with life mastery. In time you will need to set aside some time in the morning and at night, to review this journal and update it as necessary.

MASTER LIST | SUPER-ORDINATE GOALS
Lets begin by listing some things in your life that you would like to improve. Hold nothing back, imagine that you have all of the money you will ever need. What other areas of your life would you like to improve upon? Write them down! This will become your Master List.

These will be your Super-ordinate Goals, the things you aspire to, some examples may be; higher education, move to another town/country, get in better physical shape, improve diet, improve relationship, start a business, the list could be endless, but these are some basic examples. Please write some down.

EXPLORATION EXERCISE
This exercise is designed to have you explore various facets of your personality, in order to discover why you do not as of yet have these things that you desire. What has held you back, up to this point? Who has held you back? Why have you permitted things, events or people to distract you from the course of attaining your goals?
Write them down again! This exploration is necessary to aid you in discovering your previous limitations, which will assist in the process of conquering your challenges. When this list has been compiled you will require a few days to ponder these limits and see how they do not serve you. I will write more in the coming days as this is enough to get you started, explore and have fun. Coach.
