Lakeside luxury in Barrie! Working for some fantastic clients this yard was a multiple award winner and has so many great features! We started with a custom pool featuring walk in stairs, a tanning ledge and multiple water / fire features for a resort like ambiance. A half court, covered lounge area, expansive patio, putting green, gardens, and tons of lighting mean this yard can be enjoyed day into night.

Working on a sloped site can bring challenges but also opportunities! At this site in Oro Medonte we were able to add some beautiful raised gardens and a firepit patio area which created a beautiful focal point from the upper patio near the house. The pool here is 16'x36' and our clients elected a dark blue and "liner over" side entry stair option to maximize the shallow swim area.
