Mara is an award winning artist from Barrie, Ontario and was looking for a new medium to express her creativity and painting skill. In doing so, she found a passion for baking, specializing in cookie design. Since 2000, she has been making her edible ornamental cookies for friends, family, and special celebrations. Many have displayed the cookies as decoration pieces around the holidays and some have adorned their Christmas trees with these aromatic cookies
