Lately I’ve been doing a lot of thinking.

Not the kind where you go in circles, but the kind where things start to become… clear.

I’m realizing how much of my life I’ve spent being the one who holds everything together.
The one who adjusts. The one who anticipates. The one who makes sure everyone else is okay.

And I didn’t question it for a long time.
I thought that’s just who I am.

But I’m starting to see that there’s a difference between being strong… and carrying everything.

I’m also realizing how easy it is to get used to something that isn’t actually working for you.
Not because you’re happy, but because you’ve learned how to manage it.

And now I’m in this space where I can’t unsee it anymore.

Nothing dramatic.
No big declarations.

Just a quiet shift in how I see things… and in what I know I can’t keep doing.

I don’t have all the answers yet.

But I think being honest with yourself is where everything starts.

And for now, that honesty is enough.
