Cedar deck on roof membrane with 2% slope. Sleepers ripped on the 2%slope to net out a level deck for their enjoyment. 3rd floor roof top off master bedroom with a fire pit. Not a bad way to enjoy a glass of with with you significant other

Bathroom Reno for our buds over at . His new house in Oro needed some love in the bathroom to flow with the rest of the main floor Reno. I think we knocked the inspiration board outta the park! Enjoy getting out of the hot show on a cold morning to a nice heated floor😃

3rd and 4th deck completed off this monster house in . 45’x18’ party pad off the living room with a built in bbq and fire pit, not a bad way to spend your weekends relaxing by the pool!
