HUGE ONE DAY ONLY SALE!! Sat. July 4 from 9am-2pm - at 255 Bayfield St. in Barrie we are hosting a massive fabric, sewing machine and many, many other items, sale.

My client was a seamstress and a good one, she owned her own business and made formal dresses and wedding dresses. There are so many beautiful rolls of fabric, boxes of lace and beading and lots of complimentary items available. Along with that we have some amazing, vintage items....please see the photos.

There is NO parking in the driveway, vehicles can pull in for pick up only! There are some side streets not far or in the other direction there is the Canadian Tire parking lot on the other side of the 400. You will have to park and walk in. I am sorry about this but there is no way to accommodate the number of people that will be attending. If you exit off the 400, from either direction, the house is towards the lake, on the left, about 3 houses from the 400.

We accept cash, ET, debit and credit, there is a minimum purchase of $10 to use debit and credit.

Please line up between the two vehicles that are parked in front of the building at the back of the property and we ask that you wear close toed shoes this time, not a huge issue if you don't but your feet will get dirty.
