Labradorite is one of our favourite Canadian Gemstones. It balances and protects the aura, raises consciousness and grounds spiritual energies. Excellent for strengthening intuition and promoting psychic abilities.

What is Fordite? This unique and unusual substance is something you will not find in a mineral or gemstone book, Fordite is actually from the Ford Auto Plant. During the 1960’s, the spray paint from painting the vehicles would build up on the walls and had to be scraped off to keep clean. These cabochons, when polished properly. Allow us to see the different layers of paint that had been used to produce the cars. Modern technology has made the painting process so that there is no over spray, so this material is no longer available. One can look at the layers and see what colour of cars were being produced, this is just an incredible material with real history!
