Dog psychology is a beautiful thing to learn and know when working with any dog! Remember it does not matter the size or the breed of the dog, each dog is treated the same way.

Treadmill work is one of the best mental and physical exercises for a dog! I would definitely recommend it for all dogs!

This puppy is very jumpy and nippy anytime a person were to try to pet or be near her she would lounge and try to nip anything close to her.

By her going on the treadmill it allows her to drain a bunch of energy so that when she is doing other exercises she is a bit calmer. Although it can also be a mental exercise. She has to keep going forward and concentrating on walking/running, rather then going to nip the person that is wanting to sit near her or pet her.
