Big families seem to be synonymous for many people with “too many kids and you’ll never be able to spend enough time with each one.” 😬

As the oldest of 8, that wasn’t my experience, but I know for many, it is! We’ve decided with our own five littles that that won’t happen because we’ve adopted the mindset of scheduling in the time like we do anything else!

Whether that’s little coffee dates a couple times a month with each one or a big trip like today every once in awhile, we’re doing it!

May this trip be filled with lots of big kid conversation (so often they tell us it feels like we’re not listening because a little sibling interrupts 😂) and loads of memories to fill their little travel journals.
