One of many ways to hit the lateral delts but definitely in my top 3 variations as the cables provide a smooth path slapping the shoulders in all the right ways.
Sure, it’s not always ideal to pull a bench over to a cable machine but no one said you can’t, so don’t over think it. Grab a bench, set it up, and try this one out ✊
