Being native myself, I have used sage most of my life and could not be more grateful for this life changing healing modality. The benefits expand beyond clearing away the old energies trapped. Research has shown the incredible cleasing that happens to killing the bacteria in the air as well! This is a beautiful smudging prayer I often use along side Reiki to clear. ❤
