Exciting News! Chef Taressa Zambito from Sidechick Food will be joining us on our 2023 Goddess Retreat at Lungovita Beach Retreat!

Amherstburg local and University of Windsor Alumni, Taressa has been cooking since childhood. Tending to her parent's home garden, jarring tomato sauce with her Nonni and helping prepare Sunday dinner were and still are some of her favourite past times. Attending George Brown College in Toronto, Ontario to pursue her passion for culinary arts, Taressa later spent five years cooking professionally in the city.

Working in hospitality since she was 18, her drive and passion started in front of house and today she stands as a Chef operating a small local catering company for the community of Windsor & Essex County.
