Chiropractic during pregnancy?🤰🤔

The short answer: Yes! Chiropractic care can be super beneficial while pregnant.🙌

In fact, our docs use specific techniques to modify an adjustment for the changing needs of a pregnant body! 🤰
This consists of evaluating mama’s spine and pelvis for clues that there could be imbalance ⚖️ of the the bony structures, the soft tissues, or both! This has been shown to improve comfort during pregnancy, help trouble-shoot restrictions in mama’s structure that may be influencing baby’s position, and assist in labour. 💪

It is common to hear the term “Webster’s Technique” associated with chiropractic and pregnancy, and while all of our doctors are well trained in this technique, they also utilize a number of skills and tricks particular to pregnancy and to the individual mama on the table. 👌

Speaking of tables, ours maneuver in different ways to make space for growing bellies to make sure you’re always comfortable too!
