Local 1090 and Local 222 BIWOC Committee had a luncheon today and made a donation to Durham Community Health Centre. We all wear Red for Red Dress Day.

Thank you everyone who attended the Woman's Advocate Meeting! The speakers were Julia Fiddes, Executive Director at Denise House and MPP Jennifer French. Tiffany Kift who is the Executive Director of Simcoe Hall Settlement House was also in attendance. Special thanks to Eva and Kaitlyn for also attending. Thanks also to Maria for the informative speech regarding the IPV being deemed an epidemic.
