Carl Waldron and Trish Pritchard had the privilege of connecting with our partner leaders Kim and Colin Radford from HELP Madagascar (NGO). Such a time of blessing for all involved. ❤️

Sometimes you don't know you're thirsty until someone hands you water. Today we had the privilege of video chatting with Carl and Trish with HopeShares. They encouraged us, prayed with and for us, made us laugh & reminded us how valuable these long-distance connections can be. Thank you for quenching our thirst, Trish & Carl! (It's a testament to how engaged we were that we forgot to take a screenshot and have to recycle this old photo, LOL!)

Having a clear picture of where you are headed is so important as it guides your decisions, programs, staffing and so much more. An organization must know where they are going before they try and get there otherwise they will be lost and it will take more time to get there.
